Shipping is via envelopes. If your product does not arrive in what feels too long (we ship from Sweden) then contact us on instagram or via eMail and we will let you know. If anything happens to your product during shipping it is not our fault, we have no connection to the postal services in countries. We can sometime send replacement if your order does not arrive (that is if we have it in stock)
If you want a refund then contact us on instagram and/or eMail with proof of order.
